January 2010 was a slow month in Grand County Real Estate with only 18 sales reported in the MLS. Historically, January is a sluggish month and we expect sales to increase and prices to stabilize in the months ahead. Since we have seen double digit percentage drops in sales prices during the past 12 months, Sellers need to consider the importance of pricing competitively.
